At Desky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home office setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard furniture items. If your new desk or ergonomic chair isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help with a hassle-free return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Desky account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your item and place it back in its original packaging with all included hardware and instruction manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
